| You'll be served some excellent fresh Mediterranean fish in this restaurant that's decked out like an old sailing ship. It specializes in salt-baked fish and steamed shellfish. During the 1980s it was one of Madrid's most prestigious restaurants until the management over-stretched themselves. It has private dining rooms available.

| Palacio del Negralejo which is located on the outskirts of Madrid, born in 1790 on the ruins of a castle called "the Negrales" where a noble family in Madrid built a country palace. It was in 1982 when the family owners decided to harness the potential of these fabulous complex hostesses, respecting the whole and its environment.
