Payments
All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include 16% VAT. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
By Bank Transfer
It is essential that a copy of stamped bank transfer details and a copy of the official completed registration form are faxed to the Secretariat in order to identify your bank transfer. The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant.
Transference costs will shift to the applicant.
For the international bank transfers, the IBAN code is essential.

Cancellation costs:
- Received before 31/07/09 fee refund with a 20% reduction for administrative costs.
- Received between 01/08/09 and 28/09/09 the refund will be 50%
- Received after 28/09/09 no refund
No refunds will be made effective until the end of the Congress.
